A lot has happened with Cool Family Solutions Programs . Families have been the focus of our organization due to the family members supporting a loved one living with mental Illness/addiction which is the missing piece for health and wellness for the entire family. Learning the tools, applying them and practicing them will make a difference for families to stick together through difficult times.

Started out with a family drop-in sessions January 2017, in June 2017 we changed the program to be a 10-week program. The program has changed dramatically since 2017. The 10-week program has been piloted since 2018 with 93% satisfaction rate. The 10-week program is now an accredited program since Oct 6, 2022 with CCPC - Canadian Council Professionals Certification.

A Refresher course has been developed for those who completed the 10-week course. The refresher is an update on the 10-week course and an opportunity for you to practice the tools with others.

I am a Certified Trainer for Mental Health First Aid for Mental Health Commission of Canada. I am offering a virtual course February 22 & 23, 2023 ( back to back to complete the course to receive a certificate of completion). There is only 8 spaces left.

I will be offering information sessions to provide more detail of the programs and answer any questions you have.

When a participant was asked "are you ready to change" she said Yes but I need to know "how to". Knowing how to change what is not working is what is making the impact for families to manage difficult situations.

I will be holding information sessions via zoom on the following dates and times below. You can register by emailing or text 403.512.5558.
