“KEYS TO COMMUNICATION” (REAL CASE)- 20 -Participants- 2-hour session

Twenty participants were divided into teams. The process was working on two tools- LUV & ACE


KEY LEARNINGS

1.      Communication – 10/20 ( 50% of the participants)

·         If confused by why a person said something, ask them- what makes you say that

·         How open and willing people are to share once the platform/opportunity is there

·         To be a good listener

·         “Where” to focus and “How” to fix it

·         LUV, look at yourself, don’t fix

·         Be a good listener, understand the individual feelings

·         Communication

·         Listening means a lot in an organization

·         Communication is key to healthy, productive workplace

·         Practice LUV

2.      Personal Development – 5/20 ( 25% of the participants

·         You control you; others are out of what you can control. Work on Improving yourself

·         Being present, growth

·         The self-analyzing tool (ACE) to be implemented by myself, life

·         Be open and honest

·         Be honest with myself and others to engage in meaningful discussions

·         Self-improvement idea

3.      Teamwork – 3/20 ( 15% of the participants)

·         Listening, respectful, teamwork

·         To work in a team is better than working alone

·         How teamwork makes the process easier

4.      Health – 1/20 (5% of the participants)

·         Some people are concerned about their health
