Something To Think About

ISSUES – when fears and panic cloud thinking, this is what happens:


· Fixing

· Not giving your best

· Spread self too thin

· Slipping into further setback in own life

· Hyper-focused on family and others


INSIGHT – self-awareness


· See warning signs & beginning of own issues (self-neglect)

· Warning signs are an indication to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF


LEARNED – in the 10-week process


· Fear coming through and making others feel guilty

· Current and daily stresses should have ZERO impact on the decisions others need to make for themselves and for their own future

· Adding own stresses to others makes other’s decisions more difficult


IT ISN’T ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING WRONG; IT IS ABOUT DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO HAVE BETTER OUTCOMES.
