Cool Family Solutions continues to provide the support families need when the family system prefers one on one meeting (s), to have input in designing a plan to fit their immediate needs and to set strategies to sustain a healthy family system .

Option 1: Relief – one on one meeting (s) to learn immediate coping strategies to get relief such as communication, problem solving, boundaries, being on the same page. The meeting encompasses sharing of our family experiences of challenges and successes, hearing the family systems concerns, problem solving to glean solutions for immediate issues, coping strategies to provide healthy support for ill family member and how to take care of the family health while caregiving.

Option 2: Chaos to Calm – 10-week program includes one-hour conference calls and online journaling covering 10 specific topics each week such as Roles, Family Dynamics, Choices. Coaching sessions included. This option has the availability of the family system doing this on their own with 2 complimentary 1 hour family conference calls – refer to 10-week program 

Option 3: Design a plan of action – forming a plan to fit the family system’s specific needs such as curving the ripple effects of interrupting personal life, family relationships and career.

Option 4: Family One Day Retreat – family system learning throughout the fun activities which will reveal insightful clues to learn more effective communication skills, problem solving methods and a strategy to keep moving towards making healthy choices.
